Also known as Kapalabhati breathing, is a cleansing breath technique used to dramatically increase energy levels. It’s basically very similar to the breath of fire method we just mentioned, but with larger exhale emphasis as well as with your arms being straight over your head in order for the promotion of lymph circulation on the upper body.
- BELLOWS BREATH
